automatic switch 60hz to 144hz on notebook

can somone know program to change automatic 60hz to 144hz then i plug/unplug charger? notebook acer nitro 5 i5 8350h 1050

ye i gotchu, so plug it in when it switches to 144hz and follow these steps
>go to settings
>System
>display
>scrool down to bottom of page and click on advanced display options
>display properties for display 1
>monitor
>there should be a dropdown menu for herz settings, change that to 60 if the option is avalible, it should be if you have multiple hz modes
