Need help choosing a new monitor.

Hello

 

so I’m trying to choose a new monitor and my budget is about $500.(A little over one kill me either) My current motor is just a basic HD 60 Hz I am trying to find something that is WQ HD and at least 144 Hz. The best one I can find is 

ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR 

 

is there anything out there that I should get or look at instead of this one?

I would go with a Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQ or LG 27GL850-B

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

LG GL850 or LG GL83A-B are good options.

It really depends on you location and budget.
