PCIe 16 to 4, 4x slots

I've been looking everywhere for one of these. I'd settle for a 16 to 3, 4x too. Where can I find one?

Your motherboard (and bios) needs to support bifurcation if we're talking about a passive x16 to 4x4. Not all do.

If it does, you can get a pci-e x16 to 4 m.2 connectors card and then use m.2 to pci-e x4 adapters in each slot. That would cheap(er)
