All Aluminum System D-5 Pump

I purchased the EK alu watercooling kit, and I would like to upgrade the pump for the system, but I am finding difficulty finding any information as to what the pumps are made of. Most vendors do not list the composition of their pump, but I was wondering if anyone on the forum would know. The reason why I am upgrading is that air gets trapped in one of the radiators at the end of the loop because there is not a enough water flowing through towards the end of the loop. If anyone has any helpful recommendations please list them below. :)

The D5 would not be suitable since it uses a stainless housing and impeller, assuming you are using the stock pump SPC 60 it will offer more than enough pressure for a standard loop. I sounds like you have trapped air that needs to be bled out of the loop which may require you to move or rotate the system around.

Other decent pump options are somewhat limited as units like the DDC also have an impeller that uses stainless. A similar impeller and housing design to the SCP 60 would be swiftech's MCP50X which should also match in terms of form factor. You may need to verify that it is swapped however.
