Limited cooler choice in 160mm case

I have same issues regarding to this one, i bought a Rakk ATX haliya Case which has a 160mm aircooler compatibility, i have two option for the air cooler I want to buy, first I want to buy a DeepCool Assassin III with a height of a 165mm, and the other option was a Noctua nh-d15 with a height of a 165mm ,I wonder this aircooler will fit in my case. Is there any posibility?? Since my ram is team elite just a normal size .

yes exactly that's the case im using right now. i wanna use Deepcool Assassin III or Noctua nh-d 15.

what cpu do u have?

 

if Intel, get the m9, if amd you MUST get the m9a!, note the A after the m9.  you will end up with the wrong mounting hardware.

 

and yes, it is sexy AF

nice CPU

I have a ryzen 5 2600, I overclocked it to 3.95ghz with the m9a

so it has a max speed of 3.95, now all the cores can basically boost at the same time indefinitely.

 

It comes with thermal paste, but id pick up some of this

my case is the cougar mx330g, highly suggest it.

The NH-D15 heatsink is 160mm tall so it may fit with the center fan lowered into it. The front fan would have to be removed or used elsewhere. You could achieve a similar result with the NH-D15S.

The Assassin III is much too tall to fit. 

Why are you looking at these coolers in particular? Are you open to alternatives?

Im after with the performance of the cooler and looks (you know what i mean), though im open with other alternatives. Do yoiu have any suggestions?
