Memtest86 error

so i am trying to do a ram test on my computer with memtest86 but when i want to write memtest on my usb its says imaging failed and the error is  failed to open image file .

how can i fix it help

Gonna need a bit more info.

What OS are you using?

What program are you using to write the image?

redownload the zip and run it in admin mode (right click and click run as admin).

make sure the usb is good.
