If you are on a notebook, there might be a FN + some function key, to enable the bluetooth radio?

If it is 3rd party, you might need a driver for it, which can be downloaded at the manufacturers website.

Okay, what is the name of the bluetooth product?

Must be a driver issue then.

EDIT:

Yeah, that is a little weird...

Still what kind of bluetooth device is it?

Curious. I assume you have no unidentified or troubled devices in device manager?

If it is built into the mobo, maybe a setting in the BIOS have changed itself. Have you checked?

There is a bluetooth driver on Gigabytes website: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-AB350N-Gaming-WIFI-rev-10/support#support-dl-driver-wlanbt

Try installing the latest one for bluetooth. Maybe try the Chipset driver too.

Could you go control panel --> Hardware and Sound and find Bluetooth Keyboard? If there is Bluetooth Keyboard, you can right-click it and hit service-->tick HID.
