Realtek Sound problem

So I got my Astro A50 Gen4, and was messing arround with some settings.

And click on this two red markers. And afther that I cant get any sound.  

Try re-install realtek. Nothing works. I cant click them on again, they are grey now.

Can anyone help me pleas?

Are the letters A, B, C, and D presets? If they are, try changing to one of them, if it lets you.

Try poking around in windows audio settings, maybe Realtek GUI made changes there. Also, Google things

I formattet my PC and STILL the same. I can only get sound out from USB after I click on those two red icons. They want turn red again. I cant understand whats wrong
