cpu does Ryzen 3 3200g load share with GPU when it comes to games

my FPS in apex legends is 70 with an 1060 ti on medium settings  .. so i bought a AMD Ryzen™ 3 3200G with Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics because i wanted a better performance and i heard about how ryzen proccesors are great at gaming and that they got like an extra graphics card inside them

 

but the FPS remain the same 

i thought i would have like an extra graphics card 

i need someone to correct my information .and tell me what to do ..
I am lost

first off, if you're using 2 graphics cards they should be the same kind

 

and second off what CPU do you have? it may be bottlenecked by your cpu

Yeah, it doesn't work like that, your games will still only use one.

In general, games can only use one graphics card.

Some games can use SLI / Crossfire multi-GPU solutions, but that's only with 2 identical GPUs.

In this case, the Vega graphics in your CPU is sitting idle and doing nothing.

if you can, return the 2200G and buy a Ryzen 1600 "AF" model (with the SKU number ending in AF instead of AE), which will perform MUCH better as a CPU.

to get higher FPS, replace your graphics card with a higher-end model.

Have you tried overclocking? You should be able to get a minor oc with the stock cooler and possibly gain a few fps.

 

Overall, its not a bad cpu for the money but limited with only 4c/4t

Best part about Ryzen is the ability to upgrade, the choices are pretty far and wide for most people..

 

Updating the Board bios and adding a Ryzen 3600 when more affordable or readily on Used Markets..
