How can I use a controller only for audio ?

Copac20

So my front audio jack is broken and my gaming headset broke so for sound I plugged a PS4 controller in the front usb and then plugged my headphones in it. Everything works fine in almost every game ,  but in games that use the controller as an input way (in my case Apex Legends, even if I use the keyboard I can't disable it) it turns On and it stops giving any sound. How can I make it be only an sound output machine in those kind of games ?

LTT's Resident Porsche fanboy and nutjob Audiophile.

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)
