Help required with I2P-Snark

Hi all, came here to ask for some help with I2P-Snark.

 

I was hoping to start following a guide to anonymous torrenting (https://privacytutorials.wordpress.com/2015/01/05/anonymous-torrenting-with-i2p-snark-installing/), sadly however I am having some issue doing so.

 

Firstly, it doesn't appear the 'Tor Browser Bundle' is available for download on the Tor website. Further, I am not sure if it really wants the Tor Browser Bundle since the guide only seems to use the Tor Browser.

 

Secondly, with FoxyProxy if I want to use the clearnet/regular internet do I have to disable it/do any configuring? Or is it as simple as just not launching I2P?
