i dont have a anti static wristband is ther a other way to do this?

Plug your PSU into the wall, turn off the PSU and periodically touch the PSU (fan grill) and you're good.

People make a huge deal about static, but if you just don't build a PC on a carpet while wearing socks, you're good.

oh ok but could you use latex gloves? because i dotn know if i have anything thats big and mettalic in my home

Don't wear latex gloves, not necessary at all.

Why would you use latex gloves to build a PC...?

But by large and metallic, @emosun meant a radiator (as in a heater) or something like that.

a fridge/microwave are grounded

but again just touch anything that's grounded (3 prong power plug and made of metal)

I grounded my self with the PSU method, but I wore a latex gloves on on hand when handling the CPU and applying thermal paste, for about 5 minutes max, just to avoid getting oil on the cpu
