Browsers locking up while loading pages

Hello,

I've Just finished setting up my new install and I'm having a strange issue. Both Chrome and Firefox are freezing for up to 30 seconds while viewing certain sites such as reddit and facebook. It also happens while just simply scrolling down the page. strangely I've not had the issue on Youtube (yet). I've tried disabling "use smooth scrolling" and my AV software but the "issue" remains. Has anyone got any ideas? As I said, it's a new install of windows 10 (fully updated with Shutup 10 recommended settings applied).

Managed to resolve this issue. I reloaded the "factory" settings for Shut up 10 then rebooted, reapplied my disables, rebooted and all started working again. I must have mis-selected a setting to disable - which I don't know.
