How do I stop this pop up?

How do I stop the notification from below popping up every hour without actually doing the update?
I stream and its annoying when this pops up, any help will be nice.

Pause or supsend your updates. Should be in the update settings window.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!

It might only be available if the current updates are finished.

I will check for you anyways. Found it.

As you can see in the picture. You can set pause and active time. Set active time for the hours you stream so it wont bother you during those hours.
And if its a 24/7 stream you should've gotten a different version of Windows anyway and turn of the updates completely.

(at least that's what i did for my 24/7 stream machine).
