Pc has been blue screening and I have no idea why!

Hello,

I've recently built a brand new pc and have been having frequent blue screens at random times.

The error code I get is a Critical_Structure_Corruption

This happens at random times. It'll happen when I'm playing video games, writing an essay, surfing the web, watching a video, or even while idle.

Please help!

I've only started to get into pc building about 5 or 6 months ago and only finished my first build maybe 2 months ago. I don't have any experience with dealing with blue screens and diagnostics or anything of the sort so I was hoping someone could help me or at least point me in the right direction on what to do next.

well RANDOM bluescreens that don't typically go along with anything in particular that you happen to be doing usually boil down to a problem with the ram.

Easy way to check is remove one stick of ram from your build and run with only a single stick in the machine.

If the machine is 100% stable with only a single stick it shows either the ram is bad or the way the board deals with mutiple sticks has some sort of issue.
