Pc won’t boot

I’ve recently finished a watercooling loop and tried to boot it up, I press the power button and nothing happens.  The motherboard lights are on but that happens even before the button is pressed.  I’m pretty sure it’s not the power supply or it’s cables.  The pc turned on a couple days ago and booted up.

Check if motherboard and CPU power connectors are connected all the way in.

Main system: Ryzen 7 7800X3D / Asus ROG Strix B650E / G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO 32GB 6000Mhz / Powercolor RX 7900 XTX Red Devil/ EVGA 750W GQ / NZXT H5 Flow

What about PWR connector? Have you tried shorting the pins on the motherboard to make sure that power buttons isn't faulty?

Sorry for the late reply, I don’t know how to short the pins on the motherboard.

Ok I got it working but light on mother board is orange, black screen.
