Port Forwarding for Minecraft Server

So I finally got my Minecraft server set up!

However, I set up port forwarding as instructed by a site, but am still unable to connect.

Here is how it is set up below.

Could you guys please do a sanity check for me?

Modem is an Arris G3270A

Thanks in advance!

Did you use an Online Port Checker to verify the ports are open? Have you reserved that 192.168.0.5 address? DHCP will hand it out again and not always to the same device if you have not reserved it for this server.

Check your software firewall (ex. Windows Firewall) also make sure your wan IP address is not a cgnat address range.

Okay. Figured out the server-side port forwarding deal. Now need to figure out how to not let my router from changing the IP.
