The commander has many fan control plugs, but only 2 rgb control plugs.

How exactly did you connect your fan(s) to the Commander?

Usually people get a pack of fans that includes an rgb hub.

You plug the rgb lead into that hub and the fan connector into the commander. Then you plug the hub into your commander and you can control the rgb in iCue.

And have you plugged the hub into the commander pro? The hub is to connect multiple fans to, so you can connect that hub to the commander for the rgb control.

I think the cables on the left are not needed, they are just there in case your fans don't reach the Commander pro.

This should help you get started.

You basically need a cable that goes from the RGB Hub to the Commander Pro

Can you describe RGB items you have (fans, strips, etc.) and how you have set them up (what controllers, hubs, etc.)?

Do your products show up in the iCue software or not at all?
