is it possible to flash the 5700 BIOS to 5700XT? is it worth it? someone already did that and can confirm that this is possible?

You *can.

*If you do, make sure you at least have a version of the GPU that has dual BIOS, and be prepared for the possibility that you may be throwing that card in the trash, since flashing a non-standard BIOS will void your warranty, and may completely destroy the card permanently despite having a second BIOS to try using.

No point in doing so, you can modify the soft power play table. It's much easier, and also safer.

This is a much safer method of obtaining similar performance, and will never void your warranty.
