The new radeon drivers uses cpu?

Hi guys, 

I've just installed the newest AMD drivers 19.12.2 
and it's constantly using about 25% of my cpu, what gives????

It's impacting CSGO performance :(

Nevermind, restarting the PC solved the problem.
