Windows XP SP1

Ofir aviel

Hi,

I have successfully installed Windows XP on unraid (on a VM)

But now after I rebooted the system to install drivers, it shows this and then the VM reboots

First of open the Command prompt and then type:

Shutdown.exe /a

This will cancel the shutdown. Then check why it was initiated. Check for virusses. check for malware. And so on. Goodluck.

(PS; nothing wrong with still using Win XP, if you really have to tell people about its end of life go on fucking twitter for god's sake! WE KNOW! Its still used by many so hush (ie; military medical etc.)

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

You cannot, you need to go into safe-mode first.
Hold or press F8 just before the XP splash screen and choose safe-mode with command prompt. Then you should be able to do your things, check why its rebooting and such on. Then when done reboot and hopefully you got the reboot gone.
But seriously Google is your friend, so much info about XP still out there. ;)
Goodluck.
