[PLEASE DELETE - FIGURED IT OUT] Help with new freesync Monitor and Multiple Monitors

Just installed an ACER 24 144hz monitor below, but for some reason my computer won't let me switch my old monitor being the main monitor into the new 144hz acer monitor, as in it keeps "fidgeting" back to the old monitor being the main monitor.

 

Not sure if it's an issue with freesync or windows or the monitor
