Do you need keyboard / mouse / monitor / speakers/headset included in this price?

I would buy a GPU on eBay at this price point, as it is the most important part of your build and there is a lot of money to be saved in doing so:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/GIGABYTE-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1070-G1-8GB-GDDR5-Graphics-Card-GV-N1070G1/264537594853?epid=14030519147&hash=item3d97ab5be5:g:e2cAAOSwqLFdJENr

To buy new, you'd have to settle for a significantly weaker GPU.

Everything else you want to buy new though, there's not really any money to be saved on any other parts.

Bro, in no universe will a 590 and a 3600 outperfrom a 1070 and a 2600.  On a tight budget, the 3600 just doesnt make sense.

What kind of performance are we looking at here? How well is it for editing 4k and 1080p footage?

I would probably not get non super 2060.  THe vega 56/64 beats the 2060 out in most games , and obliterates it in any OpenCL or editing workloads.

Not to mention they are dirt cheap on ebay.

Do y'all have Boxing Day over there in the UK? Buy then if you do, otherwise now is a good time.
