I like to use Geizhals, as apparently, it even shows the lowest prices in not just Germany, but also(all?) of Europe...

The cheapest one I could find on there right now is about €172 on Amazon Germany.?
As for shipping, you might wanna consider other options/other sellers that are closer to you and sell you the monitor for less money, price and shipping combined, although you could probably get some amazing deals buying used...
