I would say 3900x and b450. If not rendering or some creative work, then 9700k and  Gigabyte Aorus Master

Then it depends on the game. GPU heavier ones prefer the R5 3600 or even i5 9400F, 3600 is better but 9400F could be cheaper? Spend more on the GPU either ways.

I have read that that motherboard is terrible, You should get a different board. Gigabyte has some awesome board with their AORUS lineup and ASUS has great boards as well such as the Crosshair.

Workstation:

Intel Core i7 6700K | AMD Radeon R9 390X | 16 GB RAM

Mobile Workstation:

MacBook Pro 15" (2017) | Intel Core i7 7820HQ | AMD Radeon Pro 560 | 16 GB RAM

Depends what your budget for a board is.

After some quick searching it seems that the Crosshair VIII Hero, ASRock X570 Taichi and Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite seem to be good choices for various price points. (Expensive to cheaper).

Intel Core i7 6700K | AMD Radeon R9 390X | 16 GB RAM

Those seem to be decent boards. The TUF series is obviously not real military grade. It is just a marketing term. All that it means is that there are extra covers and a few things to make the board more resistant to your hand bumping important components etc... when assembling the system, but other than that it is just marketing.

So what is ur thought should I go for Asus boards or Gigabyte. Also confirm model of Asus Tuf or Crosshair VIII. I previously use Gigabyte board and happy with the performance.
