Lenovo Ideapad C340/Flex 14 SSD running super hot

Science

Hey everyone!

I just bought the AMD version of an C340 or Flex 14 as it's known in the US, and I'm getting a really, really hot SSD.

Like 96 degrees under load hot. The underside of the ideapad is at a toasty 48 degrees where the SSD is.

Is this normal? The SSD is a 512GB Samsung PM981 (MZVLB512HAJQ-000L2), if anyone is wondering.

Is it a PM981? If yes then this is pretty normal, the SSD runs hot and there's not much cooling for it
