GTA won't load after latest update

So I'm gonna leave a link to my previous thread since it details how I got to the point *before* today's update:

Anyway, I haven't changed. All that happened was GTA got an update and now it'll crash when loading Online. Another issue I noticed that's unrelated to the GTA update is that games like BeamNG.drive and Automation won't launch, they just throw up an error that literally just says "file not found". That's it.

 

Any ideas on how to solve either of these two problems? Thanks!
