Ryzen 9 black screen and bsod with stock settings new build windows 10

Hi,

• Ryzen 9 3900x
• Gigabyte Aorus x570
• Gskill RGB 3600Mhz 2x8Gb
• Corsaire hx1200i (tad over kill i know)
• Gigabyte RX 5700 xt oc
• windows 10 pro

 

I posted before about my pc not booting, turned out to be dead ram(after replacing every other component). So the next episode in the saga, which I can't seem to find a reliable solution for:

I'm getting either random black screen into a reboot, or Blue screen CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT so I'm presuming ram timings are wrong or something like that. 

 

Not really sure. I've seen people suggesting turning different things off or on in the bios, but I'm not confident in throwing random switching in my bios.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

No oc on the cpu? Does it never boot into Windows at all? Lower the ram speed and see if it boots.
