Help with Router recommendations

I can use some help with a new router recommendation. I current have a wrt1900ac on first floor and a AP on second, hard wired to router. Each bedroom, den,kitchen all have been wireded with cat 7. Each bedroom tv is hardwired. I recently got into smart home stuff like lights, thermostats, etc.

I noticed while watching tv and streaming it would buffer alot. When i added the smart home devices they often stopped working. I finally realized that the router was dropping connection. I upgraded the firmware but it was still the same.

 

I need suggestions for a wifi 6 router with vpn that really wont drop conmection. It is a pain to reset everything
