Help me find this ventirad ref. please

Hello everyone, first  time posting here, i hope i'm at the right place, so i found a noctua ventirad in a box and wanted to use it but impossible to find its reference and i hope that someone here could find it, i have join 3 pictures to help, thanks you in advanced and dont hesitate to ask any questions

I'm sorry to nitpick here, but its called heatsink, not "ventirad" (whatever that even means). In case you need to ask help again.

As far as Google Translate is concerned, it's French for cooler.

It indeed mean cooler.

 

It's the compression of ventilateur (fan) and radiateur.
