I need help with power supply

Will 400W power supply be enough for these components:

RX570/580 (not sure which i will get)

AMD Ryzen 5 1600

8GB DDR4 2666Mhz RAM

?

Do you have the PSU already? Do you have a specific make and model of PSU?
A good quality 450W will work, but a bad quality 400W for example would not.

I'm not sure of the model becase its from a old computer that i'm now upgrading but i can get 500W MS Industrial MS-500 for 10e if it's any good.

Generally I don't trust no-brand PSU's without even an 80+ rating for the components like you have.

Where are you purchasing your parts from? When Googling this PSU I found a Serbian/Kosovo shop (Winwin) who did not have a large selection of decent PSU's.

 

If you want to find something yourself, you can use the tier list:

And get something that is Tier B or better.
