The sensors on the board for these are more often than not, wrong. If you're worried, get a proper voltmeter or multimeter and measure the voltage.

This is someting I noticed in games though, whenever my gpu goes to 100% usage my pc randomly shuts off. And when its at 100% usage the voltage rails are what they are in the picture, at idle the 12V rail is around 11.8 to 11.9V and all the other ones are more normal too.

Yes! you should be worried with those numbers, i guess your PSU is fading.

EDIT: The PSU is kinda crap!

which games?

 

lower powertarget of the GPU by 25% and see if the problem persists. if it doesnt, its likely the PSU has protections reacting to the sudden pull of current.

Yes, it is, but like all other software - it only reads what hardware outputs.

As @Jurrunio said, the only accurate method is physical voltmeter.

 

But still - these values are below ATX tollerance:

For +12V it should be +11.400 minimum. HWInfo shows drops to 11.328.

 

Nobody can be sure is motherboard reporting voltage that accurate and it's PSU problem, or sensors are not so good and you're fine. I would check other PSU, but first from some other, even older, computer, before you buy it. It may be even bad motherboard (or just old).

To recap what other people said; HWiNFO are reliable monitoring software but it just shows what info motherboard provides, which is often incorrect, but ... This PSU are crap (for modern standards), it's completely possible that these are real readings under high load, replace it. You have very power hungry GPU and i'd recommend nothing less than a very good 550\650W unit like Corsair RMx\i \ Bitfenix Whisper \ Formula Gold \ Enermax Refolution DF \ Phanteks AMP \ Seasonic Focus GX. Do you have any stability\performance issues anyway ?
