HyperX Cloud Mix Problems

I just recently purchased HyperX Cloud Mix headsets. I am having problems being able to hear other people in game chat, two of the main games are COD and fortnite. I am running this on my PC on windows 10. I've tried multiple things from reinstalling the audio drivers to making sure I have the correct default playback and recording, I even disabled all the other ones. I tried to disable my Nvida drivers so only the RealTek existed and nothing is working. Here is my motherboard: https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/Z390-AORUS-ULTRA-rev-10#kf

 

I do have a Strict NAT type for these games, but I had game chat working on them before so I don't know what the problem is. My mic does work fine for discord and online voice recorders. I tried to take my fortnite and COD off of system default and select the correct audio and still nothing.

I should add, when i test my microphone and see if its working in the Battle.net app it shows that its working perfectly fine and I can hear game audio fine.
