Sounds like you are enjoying one of those windows 10 and AMD driver issues that usually wont be fixed unless you reinstall windows. However, backup your files then uninstall drivers with DDU and see if that helps, otherwise you are looking at reinstalling windows.

@idkpc Are the drivers 19.21.2 the recommended ones or the optional ones? I had this issue a while ago while installing the optional drivers. And it messed up my entire system. I fixed it though by reinstalling the recommended version as a CLEAN install (very important but this will make you redo all the custom settings you might have put in during the years) and then after that I was able to do the optional ones.

At the moment I am running with Nvidia so I can't tell which are the recommended/optional drivers.

PS are you running a single monitor configuration or multi monitor?

You should try to update any other drivers.

First update all drivers in your motherboards manufactures site / or your pc sellers site if prebuilt. Lan, wireless, sata, audio, bluetooth etc. Do not update bios or chipset yet

After installing those try again.

If does not work you should update the chipset then bios.

If does not work try ddu and clean installing windows.

If does not work do this: (not recommended) download driver easy and update your gpu drivers from there.

you can update any drivers with driver easy
