Cannot Run Heaven

Hey guys, so I built my new rig and went to run some benchmarks, but I can't get Heaven to run. Cinebench R20 went fine, but when I go to launch Heaven I get a popup that says

"browser_x86.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

 

reinstalling does not fix the problem.

I'd check for windows updates and if that doesn't work install this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999
