HP Spectre x360 overheating

hey, complete noob here, my HP Spectre x360 13-AC023DX 13.3" i7-7500U is overheating like crazy, especially when I'm recharging while using, is there an easy way to fix this? or should I just be thankful for a place to keep my coffee warm as I work??

Laptop cooling pad. Also clean it's cooling system regularly, at least by just blowing some air through it.

If you feel decently confident in yourself repasting the heatsink will drop temps 10C

dont blow are through the an that will just shove stuff farther into the system
