My uncle just passed away and he left us a Samsung Galaxy S9 and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 but we dont have the passwords. We did a factory reset on both but they are still asking for passwords before we can set them up. How do we bypass the passwords? We went to his carrier but they cant help. please if anyone can help my family would be grateful.
