i7 6500u Termperature?

Hey i was just wondering what's the normal temperature for this cpu[It's a laptop].

it's between 45-59

And suddenly after i updated my windows the fan speed is higher and i can hear it. why is that?

45-59c is really low for a laptop under load.  I don’t know about idle.

Two choices:

1: the fan curve has been changed and it’s actually running cooler because there’s more fan now

2: the cpu is warmer so the fan is running faster.

 

45-59 means nothing if the load on the cpu is unknown.  Lack of model on the laptop makes all othe supposition useless.
