rx 570 and 580 have 4gb models. The 4gb model of them are in the 10603gb and 1060 6gb range of performance. The rx 590 is overclocked rx 580 8gb with the same cooler, so it runs hotter, but it is better than 1060 6gb.

 

Personally i would get higher end model rx 580 instead of 590

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

i'd also look at 1650 super, 1660 and 1660 super. at that price point, used vega56 or 1070 are also options

200 what ? USD / EUR / YEN ??

Where do you live ? What are the prices in your country ? Get the best you can afford....

 

At 200eur you could probably get a RX580 but a GTX 1650super could also be a good idea.

I bought a PowerColor Red Dragon RX580 8GB Model from r/ PCPartSwap for 125.00 and it has worked like a dream for almost a year now. It can run just about anything. 

 

Or you can get it brand new for 180.00USD

Agreed.

A used GPU can also be a good idea.

During the summer I was building a PC for my kids and got a RX580 (4gb) for about 90eur and it has worked like a charm.

Most games at 1080p/60hz is easy.

 

If you consider a used GPU you could probably get a better card for the same money.

I would look at possibly GTX1070/1070ti

Personally, I'd wait to see what GPU's AMD is coming out with in the near future. There's another post on these forums with a poster claiming they released a RX 5500 in Europe roughly equivalent to RX580 performance with a lot less energy usage.
