1650s or used 1070?

I think that you should go for neither of them go AMD with this one and get a RX 570 according to Austin it is a better value option.

Well 1070 used is as good as vega 56 used. Go for 1070 is its not blower type of card

1070 easily. Though if you're in the US I'd try to squeeze in the $30 extra to get a 1660 Super with a three year warranty since 1070 tend to go for around $200 used. Then again 1660 Super is impossible to find for MSRP right now, so you might end up waiting a few weeks. Here's how the cards stack up at 1080p in Techpowerup's testsuite of games.

Likely the Inno 3D one then, the 1070 performs better than the 1650S so it's really only a matter of picking a good model.

cant compare a 1650 super to a 1070 bro

you can go with a 1660 super or a 2060 (if you want rtx, but i thinks that its kinda trash on the 2060)

If they have a year of warranty then a 1070 is a good buy. I'd much rather have a 1070 with a year of warranty than a 1650 Super with three years.

1070 will be 45-80% faster depending on the game, if you can get it for same price and you know its working then go for that.  Completely different tier of performance. 

Honestly the coolest thing about the 1650 is that its a good part for OEMs to put into decent budget,600-750$ gaming laptops due to its low power draw, would never use one if i could avoid it in a desktop when used market is a option.

Its a gigabyte Dual fan windforce OC model, cost me around 130USD
