PC build wont boot or start.

Fax Machine

I recently built by first pc, using these parts:

Ryzen 5 3600

Samsung 860 QVO SSD (1 TB)

Cosair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3600 MHz

Geforce RTX 2060 super gaming X

MSI X570-A Pro

Corsair CX750 (non modular)

Phanteks Eclipse p350x

When the whole build was put together, the PC wouldn't boot up when I clicked tried to turn it on. No fans or lights went on.

I did notice when building it that there was a 8+4 pin for the CPU, and there was no PSU cable to connect it with, but I hear that the whole rig would still be able to run even only with 8 pins, the extra 4 for overclocking.

I tested all the parts with another PC I had- The power supply worked, ram worked, and the SSD worked. I was able to get another of the same motherboard the same day, and the results were the same, and I am not sure if the CPU works or not.

All cables were in the right places, and I made sure I didn't have any static.

Any help, please. I am fairly tired.

If even the fans don't spin it must be somewhere in the motherboard. Probably dumb suggestion but make sure you check the front panel connectors are on the correct positions. By that I mean check everywhere from forums to manual. And also make sure the 24pin is a the way down and put both cpu connectors just to be sure.

The PSU only has 8-Pin connectors, will do another check, thanks!
