building help Build Plans/suggestion for my server project

So recently went to a micro center to ask for recommendations for components for a under 700 sever machine and here's the following parts:
1. Ripjaw v 32gb 2x16gb ddr4-3200
2. 500 watt Plus ATX power Supply
3. Ryzen 7 2700x 3.7GHz AM4 Boxed Processor with Wraith Prism Cooler
4. b450m Pro4 AM4 mATX AMD motherboard
5. MasterBox Q300L mATX Mini Tower COmputer Case - Black
6. 970 EVO 1tb SSD 3-bit MLC NAND M.2 PCIe NVMe
In total post tax all of this is about $650 usd. This system is ment to be able to run most video game servers i want to try to do from  aminecraft server, to a TF2 server and much more in the future. So if anyone here has any recommendation for better parts or OS to use for this build that would be great.

You can get something way cheaper with no real loss of performance.
