Can intel HD 630 (7600k) display more than 60Hz?

They specify that at 4k and 1080p it can do 60Hz.
Even though some games (for example CS 1.6) should run at about 120fps on a tiny resolution, it feels like it's actually outputting much lower. 
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Can your monitor do more than 60 Hz? The iGPU may be fast enough to run the game at 120 fps, but that does not mean your monitor will run at more than 60 Hz if it doesn't support it. Also the display output (DVI/HDMI/DP) needs to support more than 60 Hz at that resolution.

DVI - Works perfectly on Radeon HD 7770 - You can definitely tell the difference between 60-120 on that GPU.

Yes. 
DVI works fine for me I think, because I can definitely tell the difference between 60 and 120 Fps in CS.

What monitor is that? Because I know some older models support 120 Hz on DVI, but not over HDMI.

Samsung SyncMaster SA700 - Exactly, only supports 60Hz on HDMI. But DVI is no problem, and I'm connecting with DVI to the motherboard. Same cable as I used for the radeon card.

I think you need dual-link DVI for more than 60 Hz. Since the cable works, I suspect the port on the motherboard only supports single-link DVI.
