Temps/Clocks Monitor

Hello there folks,

i just finished building my new rig and i wanted to place something nice and efficient on my second monitor to monitor my CPU/GPU/RAM's temps, clocks and usage, preferably something that won't collide with Corsair iCUE (since it doesn't look like the most friendly piece of software). I've been looking around but i couldn't find what i'm looking for.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot

HWiNFO

I've tried that but i couldn't find a way to filter what i want to monitor and what i don't (even tried the gadget but it didn't work properly). It also apparentely conflicts with Corsair iCUE, making the "Performance" tab of the Commander Pro disappear.

No idea about Commander Pro, i don't have it, i use iCUE only to disable RGB on my AIO. To disable monitoring of some sensors just right click on it and hide.

HWiNFO does conflict you have to launch it go into Settings in the Safety Tab Uncheck CorsairLink and Asetek Support. This will prevent issue with iCue.

In the settings or in sensor-only view you can filter out what you don't want, or hide it ect.

Damn i didn't notice that. Unchecked it, i'll take it for a test run and see if it runs without any problems.

Shouldn't be any issues I run both programs daily.

I must say everything looks fine. As far as you know, does it have a "dark mode"? It's kind of blinding :P

As far as I know there is no dark mode at this time, I know it was going to require a GUI rewrite which takes time not sure if that is something that is coming or not tho.

Perhaps i'll try to look for some dark 3rd party app that gathers data from HWiNFO (assuming there is one). But even if there isn't, now it works, so thanks a lot man!

Sidebar Diagnostics (hit the arrow button in the square on the top right to go strait to the post+picture)

I disabled the clock speeds of every core because I don't need that to know but you can enable it if you want.

Also shows the RAM, GPU, storage and network.

Hope it's what you are looking for.

No problem, glad I could help ?

If I'm correct, open up the settings and you will get this window. Here you can select the screen (#2) and it should work.

HWMonitor and MSI Afterburner are also good options.

Indeed, i already use Afterburner while gaming, although i wanted something for when i'm not playing as well. HWMonitor is definetly a more in-depth analysis compared to that Sidebar, but considering the fact that's it's dark and it doesn't blind me, i think it's fine for everyday usage.

If you double-click graphs on Afterburner, they will popout as their own window. Or you can set some info show as tray icons. If you want bit more, but not like with HWiNFO, then HWMonitor is worth to look at.

You're right, i totally forgot about the Afterburner popout! As for HWMonitor, does it have a dark mode of sorts, or is it like HWiNFO?

It is more like HWiNFO. Though I don't have it installed, so I don't know if it has been updated to have actual skins.
