Adobe Premiere doesn't playback properly

So I made a system, and the GPU hasn't arrived yet. So what I did is I started installing apps and programs. I started creating my video on premiere, everything worked perfectly fine. After I install the GPU, it just takes like 10 seconds to load one frame of a video. Oddly the first clip started to play perfectly fine but the other ones still don't, everything seems to be fine, CPU usage isnt very high, neither is ram, and I can't really see gpu usage

turns out its actually one of the clips that causes the issue. Every other clip plays fine, except that one, even on a new project
