Ram speed and XMP

Hello

I'm trying to learn more about my PC and what I can tweak on it, so recently I've read a bit about Ram and XMP.
I currently have HyperX Fury DDR4 3200MHz 16GB (2x8GB), but it doesn't look like I'm getting 3200Mhz, and I don't even know if I can?
I went into my BIOS settings, and looked at the XMP settings, it was disabled, so I tried the "Profile 1" and "Profile 2" options to see if there were any difference.
Pictures show the results, using CPU-Z info program.

So, can I increase it safely and easily up to 3200MHz, if so how?
If I could bump the speed up to 3200Mhz, would I get a performance boost in games or other places?
If I can't do any of that, should I even bother with XMP?

Using the following:
Motherboard: Gigabyte H370 Aorus Gaming 3 Wifi
Cpu: i7-9700k

Any recommendations, help and info is much appreciated, thansk! :)

Go with profile 2 and then manually set the frequency to 3200 and see if it works

Thanks for the reply.

I set it to Profile 2, but I can't find anywhere to change the frequency.
Is it possible that it's because of the H370 chipset, not being able to overclock?
Think I read something that my motherboard is limited to 2666MHz or something similar....?
