100% CPU and 40% GPU and 38ms at gaming

Last autumn sale, I bought Rise of Tomb Raider. I bought it because i want to know why my pc get unstable fps at gaming.

CSGO: Low-Med = 200fps but some kinda fps drop like from 250 to 150 when go to site. High-Max = its worse, so many fps drop

Spec:

Proc: Ryzen 5 2600 Stock Cooler NO OC              RAM: 8x2 2666Mhz Corsair Vengeance LPX

Mb : MSI B350 Tomahawk

GPU: GALAX RTX 2060 1 click OC (No OC) (upgraded from gtx 1060 3 gb)

PSU: Seasonic Focus 550W Gold

Here is a problem. I tried benchmark with this spec - 3DMARK stress test Time Spy - 97% and 7000+ score

But at gaming, I found so many problem. Crash (I dont know the game is buggy or my system), the performance is lower than my old 1060 3gb

I dont know what happened because not me installing all the driver.

pontenial problems could be a first revision b350 tomahawk, which was meh, and it might not be perfectly compatible with the 2600, ram's on the slow side, +possible gpu driver conflicts.

That's not true. You can reinstall if you like, I personally would try DDU first.

You really should try using DDU, it looks like driver problems to me. How full is your SSD? What's the model and manufacturer of your SSD?

That's not much free space, but I'm almost sure that it's only part of your problems, try DDU.

You could try reinstalling the drivers but I assume the problem lies within the Seasonic Gold (45A on 12V, is that combined or is it really just 1 strain?!)... Do you have one or 2 strains for PCIe coming out of the power-supply?
