Hi... My pc Crashes when im Gaming IT restarts without my permission

 Intel(R) Core i5-2410M Cpu 2.30Ghz

Check the thermals (maybe open up HWInfo64, see if anything is over 90C).  Likely you'll need to repaste the CPU and GPU.

Depends what game(s) you're playing and what settings you're trying to push out of it as well.
