Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation

Hello,

When I try to run sfc /scannow in CMD and when it gets to 72% it show that can not perform.

I have tried to find the solution of the problem on YT but nothing worked.

How to fix this or can it be fixed?

Are you running this as administrator? 

 

Otherwise afaik this function is broken in recent win versions, and can supposedly be repaired with DISM commands but you really should wait on someone more knowledgeable than me on an explanation how this works before doing anything.  Note: and you aren't getting the exact error message you should in this case,  so your issue might be entirely different. 

 

I just reinstalled an older win version and it's fixed now

You can clearly see that I ran it as administrator(in the picture).
