A veeery strange case of Blue Screen on my laptop.

RayZ

Hey guys.
I've got myself a new 1TB-NVMe SSD (crucial P1) for my Alienware 17 (R3 2015-16) Laptop.
I made a clean (and legal) installation of Windows 10. right after I finished with installing the drivers, and maybe some programs, I'm starting to get a BSODs (causing by iastora.sys).

Those are happening before the computer half freezin-to completlely freezing, and while installing stuff. it's also happened once when benchmarking my SSD on CrystalDiskMark.
When it's happen, I made it once to the Task Manager and I saw my SSD on 97% usage.
I tried to reinstall Windows 10 and update it to the very updated version. BSODs, with the same error (iastora.sys)

Sounds to me like a distinct SSD failing. but a friend who knows thing or two about drives says otherwise, and claims the driver as the issue.
I've attached a RAR containing the last 2 dump files.
I'll appriciete any help from you guys.

And to make it by the rules:

  • OS - Windows 10
  • x64
  • Windows 10
  • I installed Windows
  • Age of system (hardware) - 3 years
  • Age of OS installation - Yep, twice.
  • CPU model - 6820HK
  • Video Card model GeForce GTX 980M
  • MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)
  • Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this)
  • System Manufacturer - DELL
  • Exact model number (if OEM or laptop) - Alienware 17 R3
  • Laptop or Desktop? Laptop.

Thank you in advance.

Update: I ran a full diagnostic to my new SSD, I've got no error.
I renistalled the chipset drivers via intel website rather than Dells. still BSOD, still the same sys-file error.
I'm clueless. never seen that kind of issue.
Help?
